Discuss and take possible action on Ordinance No. 572 authorizing the issuance of City of Bee Cave, Texas Combination Tax and Revenue Certificates of Obligation, Series 2025 in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $17,980,000 for paying contractual obligations incurred for public safety facilities, equipment and vehicles; providing for the payment of the certificates by the levy of an ad valorem tax upon all taxable property within the City and by a lien on and pledge of the surplus net revenues of the City’s library system; and resolving other matters incident and related to the issuance, payment, security, sale and delivery of said certificates, including authorizing the preparation and distribution of an official statement, awarding the sale of the certificates to the winning bidder and authorizing the execution of a paying agent/registrar agreement. The City reasonably expects to pay all or a portion of the certificates from revenue sources other than ad valorem taxes; provided, however, in the event that such self-supporting revenues sources are insufficient to pay the debt service on the certificates, an ad valorem tax will be levied and the City’s tax rate may increase.
9. Discuss and consider action on Ordinance No. 573 - accepting and approving the 2025 annual service plan update to the Service and Assessment Plan and an updated assessment roll for the Backyard Public Improvement District.
10. Discuss and consider action on a Hotel Occupancy Tax Fund application from the Lake Travis Youth Association (LTYA) for the Austin Lacrosse Invitational Tournaments.
11. Discuss and consider action on Hotel Occupancy Tax Fund application from Special Olympics Texas for the 2026 Winter Games.
12. Discuss and consider action on a Hotel Occupancy Tax Fund application from the Sumi-e Society of America for the 63rd Annual National Juried Exhibition and Convention.
13. Public hearing, discussion, and possible action on Ordinance No. 574 to amend Ordinance No. 480, a Planned Development District (PD- MF1) and (PD-SFA) known as “The Pearl.”
14. Discuss and consider approving Resolution No. 2025-34, adopting the “2025 Bee Cave Parkway Sidewalk and Pedestrian Crossing Improvement Project” and authorizing the BCDC expenditure of HSIP matching funds for the Project.
