10. Discuss and consider action on Resolution No. 2026-33, the Bee Cave Parkway Pedestrian Hybrid Beacon Supplemental Safety Study and a speed limit reduction on Bee Cave Parkway from Bee Cave Rd. to RM 620.
11. Discuss the Proposed Fiscal Year 2027 budget.
12. Discuss and consider action on Resolution No. 2026-35 - a resolution of the city of Bee Cave, Texas city council requesting fair and meaningful consideration of eligible Bee Cave residents, households, and community needs in the allocation and administration of Community Development Block Grant Funds by Travis County; requesting that eligibility and need be evaluated through all applicable methods permitted by federal law and program requirements and not exclusively through zip code or community-wide measures of affluence; and providing for an effective date.
